She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Tugend and Lorna Bunyan Tugend; her husband Victor Eugene Kahl; her granddaughter Bond Kaylee Rogers; her siblings, Louella Tugend and Richard Tugend; her siblings-in-law, Myrene Tugend, Lela Hazen (Roger) and Blair Kahl; and her nephews, Karl Ralph Tugend and James Richard Tugend.
She is survived by: her daughter Kim (Bill); her grandchildren, Dexter (Allison Gross), Adrianna and Jaxston; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Kahl. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
