She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Sykes and Euva Sykes (Beavers); her siblings, Willard Sykes, Harry Sykes and Ruth Smith; and her former husband Kenny.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Flickinger; her children, Kim Adams (Sam) of Hayesville, Kay Lindsey (Jim) of Hayesville and Ken Flickinger (Amy) of Fort Pierce, Florida; her grandchildren, Christina Lynn Tuttle-Stephens (Matt), J. J. Tuttle (Jessica), Zane Clegg, Wade Clegg, Seth Adams (Jessi), Shannon Miller (Matt), Jaime Simmons and Kassie Ashburn; and her great grandchildren, Kaden, Cameron, Mikayla, Brycen, Isabella, Riley, Paisley, Ellie, Hanna, Shaw and Tripp. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
