He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Noggle (Keys) and William Lee Noggle. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann; his children, David Noggle (Amy) and Cynthia Trammell (Kenneth); his siblings, Donna Fishbaugh (Paul) and Randy Noggle (Margie); and his grandchildren, Courtney, Emily (Ryan), Karlee and Levi. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren; and 3 nephews.
Memorials are to the Country Chapel Methodist Church, Haviland, Ohio.
