He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Speakman and Almeda Speakman (Decker); and his brothers, Terry and Kelly Speakman. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Farr; his children, Richard Scott Speakman, Stacy Dalton (Greg) and Brandy Lynn Speakman; his stepchildren, Lisa Ladd (Ernie), Jim Farr (Susan) and Richard Farr (Melanie); and his siblings, Shelly Ball, Vicki Massey (Ron) and John Speakman (Helen). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
