He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jackie Lewis and Judith Lewis (Curtis); his wife Camillia Lewis (Kindell); his children, Jack Lewis (Crysta Font), Denise Lewis (Sean) and Dennis Lewis; his stepchildren, Alexa Rhodes (Jordan Hershey), Dylan Kline, Noah Kline, Matthew Kline and Teagan Kline; and his siblings, James Lewis, John Gibson, Carol Lewis (Denny Miller), Melissa Lewis (Gary Parker) and Tina Lewis.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Apostolic Church (12867 Rd 82, Paulding, OH 45855). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Latty Apostolic Church (12867 Rd 82, Paulding, OH 45855).
