He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladstone N. "Jack" Goins and Mercedes Goins (Hosbrook); his former wife Judy E. Goins (Hines); his wife Carolyn L. Goins (Baker); his children, Jeffrey L. Goins, Shelly and Julia Goins; his grandsons, William Goins and Tyler Goins; and his siblings, Jim, Steve, Jack Goins, Kay Mason and Roxanne Hosbrook.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry D. Goins, Jr. of Scott, Joseph L. Goins of St Marys, Glenda Adkins (Daniel) of Haviland, Cameran Goins (Connie) of Paulding and Christi Dias (Jason Dotterer) of Haviland; and his great grandchild Bentley Goins. He is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jerry's memory may be directed to the donor's choice.
