Ballard (Haskins, Ohio), born in Maria Stein, Ohio, who passed away on January 3, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Ballard; her children, Bryan Ballard (Kathy) of Waterville, Brad Ballard (Dawn) of Whitehouse, Greg Ballard (Lisa) of Sagamore Hills and Janet Donald (Kurt) of Waterville; and her siblings, Wilbur "Willie" Heitkamp (Marge) of Sydney, Ernie Heitkamp of Lebanon, Walter Heitkamp (Rita) of Minster, Marvin Heitkamp of New Bremen and Norma Keller of New Bremen.
