He was predeceased by: his sister Juanita Manley. He is survived by: his wife Jamie Manley; his children, Timothy Rush Manley, Melody Nichole Manley and Peyton Samuel Manley; his parents, Carl Manley and Joyce Manley; and his siblings, Carl Manley (Dottie) and Joyce Marie Manley. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
