He was predeceased by: his parents, Edison Kinsley and Edna Mae Kinsley of Hartville. He is survived by: his wife Matilda; and his pet Sergy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Tom's memory to can be given to the Stark County Humane Society.
