It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Pankratz of Hartville, Ohio, born in Uniontown, Ohio, who passed away on October 28, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob L. Miller and Fannie J. Miller (Sommers); and her daughter Kristi. She is survived by: her daughters, Kelli Miller (Dennis) of Uniontown and Marcia Pohelia (Bob) of New Franklin; and her grandchildren, Britni Bates of Findlay, Dallas Miller of Columbus, Noel Bates (Ryan Sparks) of Cuyahoga Falls, Josh Miller (Gina) of Columbus and Shelby Miller of Uniontown. She is also survived by five brothers, and one sister.
After losing Kristi at age 5 from brain cancer, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital was an organization mom donated to frequently. As a tribute to mom, we suggest donations be made to St. Jude in her honor.
