She is survived by: her husband Mervin Thomas; her sisters, Connie Liptak (Ronald) and Elaine Perry; her children, Michael Thomas (Dawn), Patricia DeHaven-Caiazza (Jonathan) and Paul Thomas (Meegan); and her grandchildren, Trent, Darbi, Evyn, Brynn, Paige and Max.
