He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Stout and Clara Stout (Kinsley). He is survived by: his sisters, Donna Oswald (Wayne) and Mona Collins. He is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews, 14 great-nieces and nephews and 12 great-great nieces and nephews.
