He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ignac and Anna Helen Parylak (Tomkiewcz); his wife Marilyn; his daughter Elizabeth; and his brother Paul.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Simpson (Mike) and Rebecca Ruthrauff (Darrell) of Uniontown; his grandsons, Christopher Blacketer and Jonathan Brown (Jessica); his great grandchild Jonathan of Lakeside-Marblehead; his grandsons, Matthew Simpson of Phenix City and Seth Ruthrauff (Rachel); his great grandchildren, Whitney, Leo of North Canton, Andrew Ruthrauff (Misty), Courtney Kast (Dave) and Trevor Ruthrauff (Rebekah); and also, Andi Rae of Navarre Beach, Camille, Graham of Columbus and Robyn of Bowie, Maryland..
