He is survived by: his wife Rita (Doubledee); his daughter LeaAnn Packey; his son-in-law Brent Packey; his son Matt Evans (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Alissa Milini (Tony), Andrea Fetty (Adam), Logan Evans and Owen Evans; his great grandchildren, Austin, Averi, Brody Milini and Drew Fetty; and his siblings, Shirley Hinerman (Raymond) of Pat Slusser and Mick Evans (Alice). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
