She is survived by: her children, Eric Allen Welsh Jr. (Stacey), Brian Welsh (Heather) and Angela Miller (John); her grandchildren, Kelly Welsh, Anthony, Jason McCord, Aleigh, Joseph Welsh and Waylon Miller; and her brothers, Ronnie, Irvin and Henry Percy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
