He was predeceased by: his parents, George Mencer and Rosalia Mencer. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Kim Mencer (Pat), Jennifer Hugill (Tom) and David Mencer (Shelly); and his siblings, JoAnn Ballas, Rosemary Mencer, George, Daniel, Jon and Thomas Mencer. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
