He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stephen Pavlak and Martha Pavlak (Blasko); his wife Karen; his sons, Kyle Pavlak (Staci) and Erik Pavlak (April); his brother Brad Pavlak (Debbie); and his grandchildren, Mallory, Kinsley, Cole Pavlak, Jacob, Brady and Anna Pavlak.
