He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Charles and Clara Midcap (Jacobs); and his siblings, Bessie, Carl, Allen, Harold, Earl and Richard.
He is survived by: his sons, Matthew (Angie), Mark (Joyce) and Andrew (Suzanne); his grandchildren, AJ, Gage (Anna), Madison (Cyrus), Morgan and Benjamin; his great grandchild Gage Jr.; and his sisters, Barb (Ed), Carol (Jim), Judy and Many. He is also survived by Many Nieces and Nephews.
