It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlene R. Clark of Hartville, Ohio, born in Ross County, Ohio, who passed away on January 17, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nolan Ross and Mae Ross (Roll); and her husband Les. She is survived by: her daughters, Joan Werstler (Denny) and Margaret Dale (Steve); her sister JoAnne; her brother-in-law Roger Chapin; and her nephews, Ross Chapin and Scott Chapin.
