He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Maria Francu. He is survived by: his wife Joan Fredericks; his children, Diane (Linus T. Grogan, Jr.), Bryan (Lynn), Marilyn (Michael Francu), Robert and Paul (Kelly); his grandchildren, Thomas Grogan (Alyssa), Charles Grogan (Carrie), Pauline Grogan (Cody Kirk), Brandon Fredericks (Sara), Nathan Fredericks (Jamie), Andrew Fredericks (Kaylee Rose), Veronica (Tony Rosario), Jessica (Gino Karim), Karissa Fredericks, Rebekah Pereza, Sarah Fredericks, Jonathan Fredericks, David Fredericks and Hannah (Jonathan Austin); and his great grandchildren, Robert Grogan, Bryar Fredericks, Nello Rosario-Francu, Alexandra, Nathaniel Pereza and Josiah Austin.
