He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosalee Wiles (Owens) and Linnie J. Wiles. He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany Farris (Gregg); his brothers, Jeff (Valerie), Rocky, Steve (Nola) and Kevin Wiles (Teresa); and his grandchildren, Brooklynn Wiles, Michael and Emma Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
The family requested memorial contributions be made to Russell's daughter Tiffany Farris.
