He was predeceased by: his parents, William V. Chachko and Genevieve T. Chachko. He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Broll; his sons, William M. of Ravenna, Jonathan J. (Allison) of West Farmington and Michael H. of Hartford; his granddaughter Sophia J. of West Farmington; his brother Daniel J. (Laurie) of Macedonia; and his uncle Deacon Joseph P. Toth Jr. (Bonnie) of Hartford. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
