He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sam Kostoff and Sylvia Josoff Kostoff; his wife Janet Collins Kostoff; and his sons, Lynn Kostoff (Melanie) of Florence, S. C., Ronald Kostoff of Phoenix, AZ and Randall Kostoff. He was also cherished by three grandchildren.
