He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur E. Custer and Twila E. Custer (Edinger); and his brother Arthur H. Custer. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte J. Barlow; his children, Saul Custer (Sara) of Masury, Heather King (Keith) of Solon, Charlotte Sisic (Matthew) of Girard and Stella Young (Joseph) of Donora, Pennsylvania; and his brothers, Robert Custer (Myrtle J.) of Burghill and David Custer of Mercer, Pennsylvania.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter.
