He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred Carter (Camper); and his brothers, Ronald and Ross Carter. He is survived by: his children, Josh Carter (Stephanie) of Wapakoneta and Heather Carter of Uniopolis; his grandchildren, Bailey, Zoey, Steele, Isabelle and Grey; his great grandchild Maddox; and his siblings, Barbara Lawrence and Mike Carter.
