It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lowell E. Smith of Harrod, Ohio, born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on October 14, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Smith and Gertrude Marie Williams Smith; his son-in-law Scott Dunn; and his brothers, Billy Smith, Danny Smith and Ernie Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Gina Garver; his sister Kathy; his brother-in-law Mike Love; his daughters, Kris Dunn of Youngstown, Ohio and Julie Fields (Marc) of Lima, Ohio; his grandchildren, Ashley, Christopher and Derek; and his brothers, Dick Smith of Cridersville, Cooper and Sockey.
