Chadwell of Van Wert, Deb Farbrother (Patrick) of Toledo, James "Pete" Chadwell (Julie) of Lima, Dalton, Cody, Patrick, Dawn, Alyssa and Zach; and his brothers, Roger Chadwell (Evelyn) and Gary Chadwell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
