He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Spragg Sr. and Elizabeth Spragg (Griffith); his former wife Mary Catherine Spragg (Shaw); his son Thomas W. Spragg Jr.; his siblings, Paul G. Spragg, Dr. Charles H. Spragg Jr. and Martha Lou Spragg Moran; his son-in-law Donald Rose; and his stepdaughter Karen M. Leach.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Rose of State College, PA and Cindy Skapik (Ken) of Pleasant Grove; his stepchildren, Terry Leach (LuAnn) of Mineral City, Ohio, Sue Raymond (John) of Cadiz and Larry Leach of Galion, Ohio; his grandchildren, Holly Gross (Dan), Nicole Skapik, David Smith (Missy), Katie Shaffer (Scott) and K. J. Skapik (Laurie); and his stepgrandchildren, Tiffany Sensel (Rob), Kim Pulley (Vance) and J. T. Raymond (Tasha). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and 6 step-great grandchildren.
