He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Pyciak and Helen Pyciak (Hozlock); his wife Alice Pyciak (O'Neil); and his siblings, Helen, Joann, Walter, Wilma and Dottie.

He is survived by: his children, Mike Pyciak (Barbara) and Michelle Snyder (Bryan); and his grandchildren, Kevin, Rylan, Devan and Kendra.
