He is survived by: his children, Greg Starkey of Harrisville, George Starkey Jr. (Roxane) of Wintersville and Vickie Rennicker (Rick) of Dennison, OH; his sister Sally Crawford (Jim) of Rayland; his stepchildren, Warren Baker of Louisa, VA, Roy Edward Baker Jr. (Cindy) of Louisa, VA, Debbie Baker of Cambridge, OH and Diane Roberta Clevenger of Harrisville; and his daughter-in-law Lori Starkey of Colerain. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
