He was predeceased by: his father William Otis Dinkins, Sr.; his wife Leah Jean Dinkins (Rexrode); his grandson Benjamin Wathen; and his siblings, Robert "Bob" Ross, Jimmy Dinkins and Carol Horstmann.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Schledewitz of Omaha, Billy Dinkins of Phoenix, Jeff Dinkins (Reda) of Greenville, Darcy Dinkins (Jeremy Watkins) of Harrison and Teresa Null (Jason) of Maineville, Ohio; and his siblings, Joyce Herringer, Nancy Horning, Emily Ayers, Larry Dinkins and Linda Jensen. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
