He is survived by: his wife Jo Anne Obermeyer; his children, Karen Obermeyer, Laura Thomas (Gene) and Mark Obermeyer; his grandchildren, Tyler and Emma Barnes; his siblings, Lois Hays (John) and Ken Obermeyer; and his siblings-in-law, Kathie Obermeyer Plapp, Jane Marsden (Damian), John Gardner (Betty Ann) and Jerry Gardner.
