He is survived by: his wife Martha Douglas; his daughters, Rebecca Armstrong (David) and Cynthia "Cindy" Means (Rob); his grandchildren, Andrew, Taylor Means, Carrie, Samuel and Quinnzell Armstrong; and his sister Isabelle Bumpers.
