She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Ballenger and Gladys Bertram Wade; her husband Bill Booker; her sons, Bobby and Joe; her daughters-in-law, Wanda Lyons and Norma Lyons; her stepdaughter Deanna Nocks; her grandchild Thomas Lyons; and her siblings, Gene, Joe, Dickey, Gordon, Nell, Ann and Nita Wade.
She is survived by: her sister Ruth Buster of Albany, KY; her daughter-in-law Kaye Lyons of Spiceland, IN; her son Jack (Gwen); and her grandchildren, Sandy Dunn (Rodney) of Georgetown, KY, Pam Howard (Dan) of Seymour, IN, Vicki Cato-Rosemeyer (Doug) of Bright, IN, Danny Lyons (Tammy), Beverly Morrow (Danny), David Lyons (Lisa) of Monticello, KY, Kenny Lyons (Laura), Lisa Buchanan (Steve) of Greenfield, IN, Tim Lyons (Deb) of Jackson, MI, Lisa Nocks-Howell (Johnny) of Rhome, TX, Brad Booker (Joyce) of Chicago, IL, Carrie Hertzberg (Mike) of Falls Church, VA, Trish Goldsberry (John) and Kim Yelton (Ed) of Manchester, IN..
