He is survived by: his daughter Melinda Moore (Vince); his grandchildren, Charlie Stout (Melissa), Dustin Stout (Brittany), Alison Farringer (Brian Boveri), Ben Farringer (Megan) and Andrew Farringer (Jenna); and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Elizabeth and Landen.
In lieu of flowers Virgil requested that donations be directed to a Christian organization of your choice.
