He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Crone and Anna Crone; and his siblings, Mary Catherine Cassidy, Madeline Vonderhaar, Betty Hopperton, James and Paul J. Crone.

He is survived by: his wife Reta Crone (Poland); and his children, Thomas R. Crone Jr., Judith Benson (late Russell), Bill Crone (Debbie), Ron Crone (Kelley), Sharon Goerler (Clyde), Karen Greschel and Debbie Maher (Steve).

Memorials may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati.
