She is survived by: her son Jason Burlage (Lindsey); her grandson Graham; her husband Mike Burlage; her granddaughter Julia Burlage; her brother Gary Lee (Marilyn); and her parents-in-law, Herb Burlage (Sue), Linda Todd (Meril) and Jean Burlage.
