She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Philip Haas; her children, Sara Haas and Katlyn Haas (Zack Smith); and her grandchildren, Lillian, Daisie and Violet Smith.

In lieu of flowers, she requested donations be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
