He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kristina Moore (Glasgow) and Jeff Moore; his siblings, Corey Lipps (David), Dylan Conroy (Abby), Rebecca Marchan, Tyler Moore (Andrea), Gabbi Moore, Caleb Moore and Isabelle Moore; his grandparents, Clarice Conroy (late James), Julie Glasgow, Stephen Glasgow, Jane and Paul Moore; his aunt Michelle Schmit (Pat); his uncles, Stephen Glasgow Jr. and Todd Moore; his nephew David Marchan; and his nieces, Evelyn Marchan and Juliet Lipps.
Memorials may be made in Sam's honor to the Cincinnati Ice Breakers Sled Hockey Team. A funeral home representative will be available to accept your donation during the services.
