He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis A. Herzog; his child Kimberlie Ann Herzog; and his parents, Robert Herzog and Mildred Herzog. He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Herzog (Debbie), Jeff Herzog and Doug Herzog (Jeana); his grandchildren, Greg Herzog, Chris Herzog (Sarah), Ashley Specht (Hank), Jessica Smith (Joe), Kasey Herzog, Brittany Waltz (AJ), Kylie Herzog, Carrie Herzog and Nicole Herzog; and his great grandchildren, Tripp Herzog, William Herzog, Evelynn Herzog, Juliet Smith, Emmett Specht, Kai Walker, Mila Walker, Charleigh Waltz, Averi Walker, Archie Herzog and Eden Specht.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Neidhard-Minges Funeral Home (10385 New Haven Rd, Harrison, OH 45030). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Bernard of Clairvaux Church (7130 Harrison Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45247).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the American Cancer Society, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or to the Parkinson's Foundation.
