She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Andejeski and Marie Andejeski; her son Ronald; her husband William D. Lape; her daughter-in-law Diane Lape; her grandson Daniel Lape; her great grandchild Audrey Deaton; her siblings, Arthur Andejeski (Suzy), Ralph Andejeski and Dorothy Schneider (Fred); and her brother-in-law James Lape.

She is survived by: her children, Gary Lape (Teddy), Nancy Morgan (Bill), Stan Lape (Sharon), Steve Lape (Maryann) and Tami Wormus (Steve); her grandchildren, Alison Abrahim (Adrian), Brad Corcoran (Mary Beth), Tim Maggart, Todd Maggart (Gena), Will Adams (Yaluzmar), David Adams (Courtney), Rose Koehler (Zach), Billy Morgan, Dominic Lape, Scott Lape, Cory Lape, Monica Lape, Charlie Lape (Bryanna), Liza Deaton (Jeff) and Tyler Wormus (Erica); her great grandchildren, Nikolas, Mila, Devan, Bailey, Thomas, Andrew, Guillermo, Jorge, Barbara, Jace, Grant, August, Ashton, Elinor, Caelan and Grace; her sister Laura Lape; and her sister-in-law Jean Andejeski.

Everyone in attendance of the visitation and funeral service will be required to wear a mask.
