He was predeceased by: his parents, Roman Eckstein and Irene Eckstein (Hountz); his grandson Cory Wilson; his sister Jean Kennel (John); and his brothers-in-law, Ray Benner and John Moody.
He is survived by: his wife Ursula Eckstein; his children, Christina Wilson and Randy Eckstein (Christy); his grandchildren, Devon Wilson (Emily), Gabriel Eckstein (Lacy) and Cole Eckstein; his great grandchildren, Tomas and Lola Eckstein; his brothers, John (Julie), Richard (Teresa), Robert (Marcia), Ron (Elsie), Denny (Fern), Jerry (Vicky) and Ralph Eckstein (Ellen); and his siblings-in-law, Pete Doll (Linda), Claire Benner and Elaine Moody.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Reach our Pregnancy Center, Dearborn Food Pantry or Masses to be said in his memory.
