He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Lipscomb and Shirley Lipscomb; his great grandchild Alexandra; and his sisters-in-law, Barb Posey (Al) and Inez Benter.
He is survived by: his son James Howard (Becky); his wife Carol A. Lipscomb; his grandchildren, Amanda Davis (Jason), Jennifer Eckert and Jamie Howard; his great grandchildren, Cheyanne, Laura, Savanna, John, Marky Keith, Zoey, Kylee and Annie; his sister Linda Fessler (Bob); and his siblings-in-law, Connie Kichler (Albert), Harold Hall (Julie), Allen Hall (JoAnn), Duane Hall (Marie) and Bill Benter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
All are required to wear a mask and follow social distancing guidelines that are in place at the funeral home.
