He was predeceased by: his parents, Roberta Tompkins (Fuson) and Francis Tompkins; and his sisters, Wilma Bischoff and Betty Walker. He is survived by: his wife Ernia Tompkins; his children, Vannatta Tompkins, Valorie Tompkins, Kenny Tompkins (Vicki) and Keith Tompkins; and his sister Wanda Angel (Bruce).
