She was predeceased by: her father Aaron Gifford; her husband George Morgan; her mother Phoebe Ann Poe Gifford; and her siblings, Jim, Shirley, Gordon Gifford, Helen Whitham, Florence Winkle, Glenda Horton, Mary Donna Abrams, Edna Davidson and Darlene Wright.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Sabrina Rodriguez (Dominic), Stephanie Morgan (Tyler Rudman), Tyler Lucas (Dana), Jonathon Lucas, Kherrin, Khatarina, Kharlyn and George Nolan Morgan.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Judy's name to American Lung Association.
