It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Thomas Kelley of Harrison, Ohio, born in Covington, Kentucky, who passed away on January 31, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kelley and Billie Lue Kelley (Fornash). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kelley; his children, James Kelley (Melinda) and Julie Daniels (Nick Williams); his grandchildren, Owen, Ellie Daniels, Anna and Joseph Kelley; his cousin Paul Randall (Joyce); his siblings-in-law, Jerry Thomas (Pamela) and Wanda Styons (Jerry); and also, Patrick and Michael. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
