He is survived by: his sisters, Debra Rolfes (Rick) and Diane McKain (Terry); and his nieces and nephews, Danielle Eschman (Chad), Michelle McKain, Carrie Rolfes, Rebekah Juniel, Rachel Horine, Joshua, Alex, Adam and Jordan Horine.
