She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Myers and Viva Myers; her husband Michael Smerchansky; her son Donald Locy (Renee); her granddaughters, Melissa Locy and Jackie Kirkner; her siblings, Dr. Gilbert Myers II (Georgianna), Rosemary Hoedt (Bill) and Charles Myers; and her son-in-law Bob Stegeman.
She is survived by: her children, David Locy (Lisa), Charles Locy (Lisa) and Linda Beck (Joel); her daughters-in-law, Barbara Cole Locy and Janie Koch Locy; her stepchildren, Bruce Smerchansky (Judy), Joyce L'Amaureaux (Neal) and Loralee Keaton (Bill); her grandchildren, Heidi Kidd (Scott), Jeremy Locy (Rachel), Jennifer Johnson (Joshua), Lauren Feie (John), Kristina Kaihlanen, Joshua Kaihlanen (Rhonda), Anthony Stegeman (Ashley), Anna Stegeman (Jeffery Logsdon) and Sarah Stegeman; her great grandchildren, Jessica, Elizabeth, Emily Kidd, Joann, Jordan, Jacob Kirkner, Grace, Everett, Margot Feie, David, Alexis, Reagan Kaihlanen, Christian Delagarza, Leo, Knox, Xander, Quinn Stegeman and Robbie Logsdon; and her great great grandchildren, Lionel, Savannah and Luca. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
