He is survived by: his daughters, Carolyn Jackson (Joe) of Lawrenceburg and Angel Annis of Harrison, Ohio.; and his siblings, Jerry Annis (Barb), Mike Annis, Joyce Mobley (Kenny) and Bonnie Guilfoyle.
