He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carol Ann Mills; his daughters, Lori Ann Mills, Lisa Ann Mills and Anna Marie Nebolsky (Joe); his grandchildren, Austin Gray, Cynthia Corrigan (Donald), Abigail and Jacob Nebolsky; his great grandchild Aubrey Corrigan; and his siblings, James and Glen "Skip" Mills.
